You should seriously consider chartering with us if you are seeking to join a federation that wants to improve the quality of Hapkido instruction If you are seeking to join with a federation for the first time, we can help you grow.

We believe that you can get professional help from us both in terms of techniques, and business relationships.

We will provide trainiing that is set up rank by rank. We believe that promotions must come from on site testing.

We will increase the value of your rank, as we only offer promotions through live promtion testing available from the International Modern Hapkido Federation. You will have to spend time on the mat and show that you can execute techniques to be promoted. Your rank will have more value, and it will prpbably take longer to achieve.

We will make full use of the Internet, and will provide you with links from our site to your school. We will publish school lists, as we want you to know who is part of this organization.

The International Modern Hapkido Federation (IMHF) staff is well aware of other Hapkido training and rank programs and can tailor our program to fit your current training.

If you are now a member school of any association or federation and elect to turn in your current charter and all associated ID cards, etc. to us, we will issue a charter for the International Modern Hapkido Federation for conversion fee of only $100.00. This is the total charge for the balance of your current charter. You can switch over to us with no other added expense. On the date when your old charter expires, you will just purchase a renewal from us.

Of course, you can obtain a charter from us and also retain your membership in another organization, it is your money after all. We are just providing a low cost way to switch without laying out a lot of up front cash.
If you are ranked as an instructor already or hold Dan rank we will convert your rank to ours at for a conversion fee of only $100.00. You must sign up a minimum of 10 of your individual students with us (there are exceptions for small school and start up operations).
We will also honor your students' individual membership cards. When any student turns in his current association membership card and any associated membership certificates*, we will issue one of ours for the balance of the term for only $15.00. The student then renews with us at regular rates ($30.00 annually) when the old card expires. We will issue an photo membership ID, a patch and provide an attractive membership certificate good for the balance of the term in the other organization for this $15.00.
Again, any student can hold multiple memberships, if he/she pays full dues. We offer this as a low cost way to switch cover for those school and students who wish to exercise this option.
